The guest table

✨ At La Noccemada, dinner is an integral part of the experience. Offered for 2 to 6 guests, it is served outdoors whenever weather conditions allow, in an intimate and refined atmosphere, beneath the starry skies of the Verdon.
Guests also have the option of inviting external guests to join their table, subject to prior reservation. Menus are imagined and prepared by Stephan, your private chef, whose career has been shaped within Michelin-starred establishments, yachts and luxury palaces. Each dinner consists of several courses, crafted with high standards, precision and attention to detail, using rigorously selected products. Each dish is prepared in advance, often beginning more than 24 hours beforehand, in order to ensure precise cooking, depth of flavour and overall harmony. For this reason, advance reservation of dinner is strongly recommended. For last-minute requests, availability cannot be guaranteed. In keeping with the spirit of a guest table, no à la carte menu is offered. Dinner is served without the presence of the hosts at the table, allowing full dedication to service and the quality of the experience.

🌿 Dietary requirements & adaptations Our local producers do not supply halal or kosher meats. As an alternative, fish-based dishes can be offered. We are happy to adapt to your food intolerances and preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.), provided they are communicated in advance. Each preparation is tailor-made by the chef with the same level of care, to ensure a fully satisfying gastronomic experience.
