From June to the end of September, La Noccemada opens its gastronomic table d'hôtes on selected evenings, in the heart of the Verdon.
For one evening, the resident chef invites you to embark on a culinary journey of 5 to 6 stopovers, inspired by the countries, flavours and encounters that marked his years spent sailing the world aboard yachts and prestigious cruise lines.
Each stopover tells of a destination, a memory or an emotion. The menu evolves with the chef's inspirations, seasonal produce and the spirit of each evening. This is not simply a dinner, but an immersive experience in an estate shaped by a life of travel.
A true table d'hôtes
Our table welcomes between 2 and 6 guests who dine together. It may bring together couples, friends or small groups who do not yet know one another — and this is how the table d'hôtes rediscovers its true meaning: that of a shared meal, during which conversation, discovery and encounters play a full part in the experience.
Coming as a couple does not therefore necessarily mean dining alone. Other guests may take their place around the table and share this gastronomic journey with you. The most beautiful memories sometimes arise from unexpected encounters.
A table that can also be privatised
Couples or groups who wish to enjoy this experience exclusively among themselves may request a private booking of the table.
In this case, the entire table is reserved for them and no other guests will be welcomed during the evening. Privatisation is subject to a specific rate, as it secures all available seats.
