At La Noccemada we serve a multi-course gastronomic experience, created according to the seasons, the produce available and the inspiration of the moment.
As our menu is not fixed in advance, its composition may vary from one meal to the next. Some preparations may contain one or more allergens, or may have been made in an environment where those allergens are used.
So that we can welcome you in the best conditions, any allergy, food intolerance or medical restriction must be reported to us before booking.
In accordance with the European regulation on the provision of food information to consumers, the substances or products liable to cause allergies or intolerances are as follows:
When making your booking request, please tell us precisely:
An allergy reported only on arrival may not allow us to adapt the menu safely.
Any adaptation must be expressly confirmed by us before booking. Mentioning an allergy in a comment or a message does not automatically mean that we are able to offer a suitable menu.
A food preference, a chosen diet or a dislike of certain products is not necessarily an allergy.
La Noccemada does not systematically offer vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free or other special-diet menus. Any adaptation depends on the planned menu, the produce available and preparation constraints.
It must be requested and accepted before the booking is confirmed.
Our kitchen regularly uses several of the allergens listed above, in particular cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, soya, celery, mustard, sesame and sulphites.
Despite the precautions taken during storage, preparation and service, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces or cross-contamination.
In the case of a severe allergy, particularly where a single trace can cause a serious reaction, we may decline the booking if we believe we cannot ensure the guest's safety. This decision is taken in that person's interest.
A written document listing the allergens intentionally used in the preparations making up the menu served is available on site and freely accessible to guests.
Our team is also available to explain the composition of the different preparations, although these verbal explanations do not replace the written information provided.
Each guest with a known allergy remains responsible for their own emergency treatment and must keep with them the medication or devices prescribed by their doctor.
In the event of an allergic reaction, notify the person in charge of service immediately so that the emergency services can be called.
