• What is the concept of La Noccemada?
  It is an exclusive holiday destination for 2 to 6 people in an idyllic setting, with no neighbors, featuring unusual accommodation with its own jacuzzi and a deluxe suite in the bastide. The pool is shared. A private chef prepares refined meals for you in an elegant setting.
  We are neither a campsite, nor a holiday cottage, nor a classic guest house. We offer a guest house with dedicated entrances and private rooms.
• Can I cancel my booking?
  All bookings are firm and final. Deposits paid are due and non-refundable.
  If you are unsure, we offer a postponement guarantee which allows you, up to 15 days before your stay, to postpone your dates once within the same season.
• Do you accept children?
  No, we are sorry, but our concept is reserved for adults aged 18 and over.
• Can I invite friends?
  You may invite friends who will dine with you. Only in that case are friends accepted. However, they may not come solely to enjoy the pool or jacuzzi, nor to party if no meal has been booked.
• Can I cook my own food or bring food from outside?
  No, not if you wish to avoid having your stay cut short abruptly.
  Our concept is a guest house with a table d'hôtes. We are a licensed restaurant welcoming between 2 and 6 guests.
  This activity is our livelihood. Just as you would not go to a restaurant and sit down with your own picnic while making use of the crockery, cutlery and staff available, you must not consume at La Noccemada anything that has not been ordered on the premises — wines, spirits and food included.
  There is no kitchen available for guests' use. On site, our chef will delight you with his dishes. Our refrigerators and minibars are reserved exclusively for the products we prepare and sell.
  Please note: Our house rules are clear. Guests who do not respect this condition are not welcome, and their stay will be terminated immediately.
• Can I bring my own wine?
  No!
  All beverages must be consumed through our service.
  Failing to comply with our policy will result in the immediate termination of your stay.
• Can I arrive earlier and leave later?
  No, please respect the schedule: check-in from 4:00 p.m. (not before), check-out by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
  We may accept early arrival or late departure for an additional fee. This option is available only at the time of booking on our website.
• Can I privatize the pool?
  No. The pool belongs to the owners and is shared with our guests. La Noccemada is first and foremost our home.
• Do you accept naturism?
  No, for the moment we do not offer this possibility.
• Do you cater for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, kosher, halal … diets?
  We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements; however, you must specify them at the time of booking. Please note that we do not prepare differentiated menus — all guests will share the same meal.
• Is Dinner included? Mandatory or optional?
  Dinner is never included in the room rate.
  If you are staying for 1 night, we do not require dinner.
  If you wish to stay longer, a minimum number of dinners is required at the time of booking.
  We wish to favour epicurean guests over those simply looking for a rental with no interaction with us.
• What makes your table d'hôtes unique?
  Stephan is both the owner and head chef of La Noccemada. This is no ordinary table d'hôtes — we operate as a restaurant and limit our table to 6 guests. La Noccemada is renowned for its cuisine, offering each day refined dishes crafted with great care and presented with elegance.
• What is there to do at La Noccemada?
  In addition to the jacuzzi, the swimming pool and the three outdoor lounges where you can relax and read, we offer cooking workshops, as well as painting and drawing classes.
  On request, we work with our partners to arrange massages and private concerts (gipsy, violin or other artists upon request).
  In the surrounding area: the prehistory museum, the lake with its water activities, horse riding… everything is within easy reach.
• Security deposit
  We ask that you pay a security deposit of €300 to €500 depending on the accommodation, either upon your arrival or 24 hours before. This deposit will only be charged in the event of damage or failure to comply with our house rules. Rest assured, accidents happen to everyone, and your home insurance will cover any damages without the need to charge the deposit.
• What is the maximum length of stay?
  We limit stays to 4 days for guests who book directly on our website, and 1 to 2 days on partner platforms.
  Therefore, on Booking, Airbnb, Unicstay, Greengo... lengths of stay are restricted. These platforms charge us significant commissions (16 to 30%), which is why we limit their ability to sell our nights.
  On our official website, longer stays are possible, but we prefer to give priority to guests who dine with us.
