• What is the concept of La Noccemada?
    It is an exclusive holiday destination for 2 to 6 people in an idyllic setting, with no neighbors, featuring unusual accommodation with its own jacuzzi and a deluxe suite in the bastide. The pool is shared. A private chef prepares refined meals for you in an elegant setting.
    We are neither a campsite, nor a holiday cottage, nor a classic guest house. We offer a guest house with dedicated entrances and private rooms.
  • Can I come with my children?
    No, we do not accept children under 16. Our concept is reserved for adults.
  • Can I invite friends?
    You may invite friends who will dine with you. Only in that case are friends accepted. However, they may not come solely to enjoy the pool or jacuzzi, nor to party if no meal has been booked.
  • Can I cook for myself?
    No. Our accommodation is rented in the form of a guest house with a table d'hôtes. There is no kitchen available for guests. On site, the chef will delight you with his dishes.
    If you enjoy cooking, La Noccemada offers cooking workshops.
  • Can I bring my own wine?
    No. We make our living from selling overnight stays, meals and beverages. We hold a restaurant license. Let us share the same values of courtesy: please consume what you order from us.
  • Can I arrive earlier and leave later?
    No, please respect the schedule: check-in from 4:00 p.m. (not before), check-out by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
    We may accept early arrival or late departure for an additional fee. This option is available only at the time of booking on our website.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
    All bookings are firm and final. Deposits paid are due and non-refundable.
    If you are unsure, we offer a postponement guarantee which allows you, up to 15 days before your stay, to postpone your dates once within the same season.
  • Can I privatize the pool?
    No. The pool belongs to the owners and is shared with our guests. La Noccemada is first and foremost our home.
  • Do you accept naturism?
    No, for the moment we do not offer this possibility.
  • Do you cook kosher or halal?
    We can adapt by serving fish and avoiding shellfish if needed. Please specify this at the time of booking if you plan to dine with us.
  • What is special about your table d'hôtes?
    Stephan is both owner and chef of La Noccemada. He worked for 8 years in luxury palaces, on yachts and in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world. La Noccemada is renowned for its table, offering refined, varied and elegantly presented dishes every day.
  • What can you do at La Noccemada?
    In addition to the jacuzzi, the pool and the three outdoor lounges where you can relax and read, we offer cooking workshops, painting or drawing workshops.
    By reservation, we organize massages and private concerts with our partners (gipsy, violin or other artists on request).

GENERAL TERMS – Rental agreement

The guest rooms of La Noccemada are operated by La Noccemada, SAS registered in the trade register under Siren no. 921 575 411 – Siret 92157541100019 – VAT no.: FR41921575411.

PAYMENT

Reservations are considered firm once accompanied by payment for the stay at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. We accept bookings by credit card and bank transfer.

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT

Guests are welcomed only between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

MEALS

Continental breakfast is included for guests who book directly on our website and through certain partner platforms. Upon reservation and at an additional charge, we serve meals in the evening or at lunchtime.

POOL

The pool is shared. It is open at all times except during maintenance. Guests are responsible for their use of the pool.

JACUZZI

The jacuzzi is available on request from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Only La Noccemada staff are authorized to program or operate the jacuzzi.

ADULTS ONLY

We cannot accommodate children under 16 years old.

PETS

Pets are not allowed on our property.

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF STAY

La Noccemada allows you to modify, but not cancel, your stay dates once within the same season. You must subscribe to our postponement guarantee only at the time of booking.
